The short version
- We only collect what you send us.
- We use it to contact you about setting up your city. Nothing else.
- We never sell it or share it for ads.
- Email us and we delete it.
What we collect
When you sign up through our form on Facebook or Instagram, or when you message or email us, we get what you choose to share: your name, email, phone number, the kind of business you run, and your answers to our questions.
This website has no sign-in, no tracking cookies and no analytics.
How we use it
To reply to you, book your setup call and help you set up your city. We may send you a few follow-up messages about your setup. Tell us to stop and we will.
Payments
If you buy a setup, Stripe handles the payment. We never see or keep your card number. Stripe's privacy policy covers that part.
Your city and your data
Your city runs on your own hosting account, with your own email and AI accounts. Your emails, customers and drafts stay in your city, not with us. During a setup call we may see your screen while we help. We don't copy or keep your passwords, keys or emails.
Who else sees it
Only the tools we use to run this business: Meta (the form you filled out) and our email provider. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or about a year after we last talked, whichever comes first.
Your choices
Ask to see, fix or delete your information at any time. Email hello@burnoff.app and we'll do it within 30 days.
Kids
Burnoff is for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If this page changes, we'll update the date at the top.
